Ari concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, insurance defense, commercial litigation, and defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims.  He has in-depth experience in the areas of asbestos, motor vehicle crashworthiness and handling, federal motor vehicle safety standards, accident reconstruction, and bad faith claims and insurance coverage disputes.

Ari has represented insurance companies, financial institutions, automobile and product manufacturers, and other corporations in a wide range of litigation matters and has participated in trials in state and federal courts in Florida .

During his law school career, Mr. Shapiro served as a certified intern in the Miami Beach City Attorney's office and as an intern in the guardian ad litem program. Ari was a member of the Inter-American Law Review, which published his article entitled Defamation, The Free Press and Latin America: A Roadmap for Emerging Democracies.  Ari was elected to Phil Delta Phi, the legal honor society.
