Eric R. Thompson has been with Bennett Aiello Cohen & Fried since 2008.  He focuses his practice primarily on products liability and toxic torts, with particular emphasis on asbestos cases, he also practices commercial litigation.

Before joining the firm in 2008; Eric worked at both a large law firm, practicing premises liability and toxic tort liability litigation, as well as a small law firm, practicing commercial litigation, including contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, mortgage foreclosures, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and stakeholder disputes.  Eric has also practiced appellate law, including presenting oral argument before Florida 's Third District Court of Appeal.
