Melanie E. Chung has been with Bennett Aiello Cohen & Fried since 2008.  She focuses her practice primarily on products liability and toxic torts with a particular emphasis on asbestos cases.

Before joining the firm in 2008, Melanie was an associate at another Miami law firm, where she focused her practice on general commercial litigation (for both Plaintiffs and Defendants), real estate litigation (including but not limited to mortgage foreclosures and commercial and residential evictions), family law, and real estate transactional work (both commercial and residential).  She brings diversity and strong litigation experience to the firm. 

In 2006, Melanie graduated from the Florida International University College of Law and was admitted to practice in Florida .
