Bennett Aiello Cohen & Fried was founded by two trial lawyers with substantial experience in the areas of business and corporate litigation. The firm’s founders met while practicing law at one of the premier law firms in the state of Florida. They both had already enjoyed substantial success in trial work when they decided to form their firm in 2001. Since that time, the mission of the firm has been to provide the highest quality legal services in an efficient manner while being responsive and accessible to all clients of the firm. Recently, the firm has expanded its practice to Mass Torts, by adding veteran litigators Stuart L. Cohen and Jana M. Fried.

The firm currently represents many types of clients, including banks, mortgage companies and other financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate developers, landlords, tenants, leasing companies, manufacturing companies, wholesalers, retailers, contractors, real estate brokers, jobbers, physicians, employers, employees, employment agencies, investors, and owners of a wide array of businesses.

Also, the firm represents many clients located in Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Many of our clients do not have in-house counsel, and eventually hire us to represent all of their business litigation needs.
