Much of the firm’s practice is dedicated to the resolution of business and corporate disputes.

Bennett Aiello & Cohen was founded by Michael P. Bennett and Paul Aiello, two trial lawyers with substantial experience in the areas of business and corporate litigation. The firm’s founders met while practicing law at one of the premier law firms in the State of Florida. They both already had enjoyed substantial success in trial work when they decided to form their firm in 2001. Since that time, the mission of the firm has been to provide the highest quality legal services in an efficient manner while being responsive and accessible to all clients of the firm. In 2008, the firm expanded its practice to Mass Torts, by adding veteran litigator Stuart L. Cohen.

The firm currently represents many types of clients, including banks, mortgage companies and other financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate developers, landlords, tenants, leasing companies, manufacturing companies, wholesalers, retailers, contractors, real estate brokers, jobbers, physicians, employers, employees, employment agencies, investors, and owners of a wide array of businesses.
