Often, the number of plaintiffs in complex tort litigation ranges in the thousands. We know how to manage costs in complex cases like these, and we are often selected to manage large dockets of complex litigation and class actions. Some of our lawyers have tried to verdict and participated in the appeals of a number of toxic tort cases.
